The EFCA is exploring a new neighborhood social media system. It can be accessed with a mobile app or on the web here. The neighborhood addresses are loaded in and you can join on the website if you haven't yet received an invite. It provides neighbor/neighbor and group neighborhood communication. The Cecil Count Sheriffs offices also uses it for communication, eg.:
